This hotel is conveniently located, very close to the centre and near the city center. It is also close to a large shopping centre, making it easy to access amenities. The rooms are spacious and luxurious with beautifully appointed interiors. The bathrooms are well-maintained and offer lovely amenities. The staff provides excellent service, being helpful with directions and reservations. they offer a "Free way to the city center" which is a nice touch. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast delivered each morning and there are lovely views of Christmas lights and a skating rink.
Some guests have mentioned that the lack of in-room sugar or salt in the kitchen for coffee or morning tea could be improved.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury hotel. The location was great, as it was close to a shopping mall and not far from the city center. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I loved the spacious sitting area and the in-room safe was a nice touch. The dining table was perfect for having meals in the room. The free toiletries were of high quality and the washing machine was convenient for longer stays. The hotel also had a well-equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils. The television and AM/FM alarm clock added to the comfort of the room. The room featured a lovely parquet floor and a cozy dining area. the facilities provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We appreciated the convenient parking available for our vehicle. The location was superb, with the hotel being very close to a large shopping centre and just a short distance from downtown. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
